Refund and Returns Policy

At Mayple, your satisfaction is important to us. As we operate on a print-on-demand model, each product you order is uniquely crafted specifically for you. Please carefully review our return and refund policy below, which aligns with our backend partners’.

Eligibility

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size or color or simply changed your mind.

However, you are eligible for a free reprint or refund if your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect. To qualify:

  • You must report the issue within 30 days of product delivery.
  • Provide clear photographic evidence showing the defect or damage.

Minor variations in print placement (within 0.5 inches tolerance) are not considered defects and, therefore, do not qualify for refunds or reprints.

How to report an issue? 🤔

If you encounter a problem with your order:

  1. Contact us promptly within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Clearly describe the issue and include your order number. We recommend creating an account on our website to manage your orders.
  3. Provide photographic evidence clearly showing the issue.


We’ll review your request promptly and notify you of the resolution steps.

Lost and unsuccessful deliveries

In case of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we offer two options:

  1. A partial refund covering the product price.
  2. A reprint of your order.

    Processing your request

    Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed and processed promptly. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Feel free to follow up if you haven’t heard from us in over a week. Approvals are at the discretion of our staff and/or partners, depending on the reason for the request, and are not guaranteed.

    Fraudulent returns and refund requests

    At Mayple, we are committed to providing fair and transparent customer service. However, we are also aware of fraudulent refund practices that exploit retailers through various deceptive techniques. These fraudulent methods include, but are not limited to:

    • Manipulating return shipping labels or hacking shipping panels to generate fake tracking scans indicating delivery when no actual return has occurred.
    • Claiming falsely that an item was never delivered despite proof of successful delivery or that you received a partially or fully empty box instead of your order.
    • Sending back empty boxes or partially filled boxes, claiming the product was missing or stolen during shipment.
    • Manipulating product shipment status by scanning using fraudulent and unauthorized shipping backend systems.
    • Returning a cheaper or unrelated item instead of the original product ordered.
    • Manipulating customer service representatives and partners through emotional appeals or social engineering techniques to secure unwarranted refunds.
    • Editing images taken of the product to falsely depict damage or defect.

    Mayple takes these fraudulent practices seriously and proactively monitors returns for suspicious activity. Our team is trained to identify and investigate potential fraud attempts thoroughly. Any return request suspected of employing these or similar fraudulent methods will result in:

    • Immediate denial of refund or reprint requests.
    • A permanent ban from future transactions with Mayple and/or our partners.

    We reserve the right to refuse refunds, block accounts, and report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.
