By accessing or using our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website.

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or creating an account.
  • Not engage in fraudulent activities or misuse our services in any manner.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if we suspect misuse or fraudulent activity.

3. Products and Orders

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time without notice.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the Website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons may include product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing or product information, suspicion of fraud, or other reasons determined by us.

4. Payments

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods securely processed through third-party gateways. Your payment information is handled securely according to industry standards.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We utilize various suppliers to fulfill orders. Shipping times provided on the Website are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Refunds and Returns Policy

Please review our full Refund and Returns Policy. Due to the on-demand nature of our product supply chain, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size/color ordered or change of mind). However, we will provide refunds or replacements for products that arrive damaged or defective if reported within 30 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

We actively monitor returns for fraudulent activity (such as FTID scams, DNA claims, empty box returns (PEB/EB), and social engineering attempts). Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate denial of refunds/replacements and a permanent ban from future transactions with Mayple.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content featured on this Website—including logos, graphics, text, and designs—is owned by Mayple or its licensors and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any content without explicit written permission from Mayple.

You retain ownership rights over designs you submit for custom printing; however, by submitting such content via orders placed on this site, you grant Mayple (and our fulfillment partners) a non-exclusive license solely for fulfilling your order.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our complete Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, share, store, and protect your personal information.

9. Third-Party Services

Mayple uses various third-party print-on-demand suppliers. By placing an order through Mayple.ca you acknowledge that certain personal information (name/address/contact details) will be shared securely with them solely for order fulfillment purposes.

You understand that these third-party providers operate independently from Mayple; therefore, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability from them, nor are we liable for errors made by them during production/shipping processes beyond what is covered explicitly in our Refunds & Returns Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mayple and its affiliates, directors, employees, partners, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, our Website or products purchased through it. This includes, without limitation:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of goodwill
  • Business interruption
  • Any other indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or purchases made through it will not exceed the total amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to such claim.

Mayple provides this Website and its products on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties—expressed or implied—including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or freedom from viruses and harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

By using our Website and/or purchasing our products, you agree that your sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction with our products or services is limited to a refund or replacement as described under our Refunds and Returns Policy.

This Limitation of Liability applies regardless of whether Mayple has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The limitations set forth herein apply regardless of whether claims are based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, warranty, statute, or otherwise.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario and Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.
